The arbitration shall take place in Limestone County, Alabama, or another location in Alabama selected by the Company, and the proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages. By using this Site, you irrevocably agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
